Melbourne Singing Lessons and Natural Singing

AML Rules & Regulations

1. Because of efficiency purposes necessary in planning and organisation of lesson dates and times all payments are to be made prior to the commencement of the Group Singing date. Failure to do so entails the immediate forfeiture of one's class position.

2. After the completion of the first six Group Singing lessons with or without the presence of the paid student there will be NO REFUNDS should the student decide to discontinue their class attendance. Each student is thereafter required to attend the remainder of lessons stipulated in the group lesson plan agreement. Failure to attend class signifies the loss of lesson/s. A student is only REFUNDED their money (on request) if the cancellation of their course study occurs prior to the established date of the first lesson commencement. It is every student's responsibility to ensure their presence at each exact given lesson date and time. Any lateness on the part of the student will entail NO added extra time to the group lesson duration. Lateness on the part of the Teacher/Organiser will not be examined or questioned. NOTE: The teacher will however complete the full hour singing lesson duration.

3. In the One-to-One Private Singing Tuition programme students are required to pay for the services of tuition either at the commencement or completion of the lesson unless a different payment system or payment settlement is agreed upon between teacher and student/student representative parties before tuition services are commenced and exchanged. There will be a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $60.00 owing to the AML Golden Voice Studio should a student not warn or notify the singing teacher at least the day before prior to the hour 5:30pm of a singing lesson appointment. Refusal to pay on the part of the student owing will warrant AML GOLDEN VOICE STUDIO the right and authority to cease tuition services with the student individual.

4. There will be a fee of $80.00 owing to the AML Golden Voice Studio for FAILURE TO ATTEND a One-to-One SINGING LESSON APPOINTMENT without warning or notifying the teacher at least the day before prior to the hour 5:30pm. Refusal to pay on the part of the student owing will warrant AML Golden Voice Studio the right and authority to cease tuition services with the student individual.

5. AML Golden Voice Studio reserves the right and authority to cancel and reschedule lesson appointments suited to the Studio Teacher/Organiser and student

6. The Studio Teacher/Organiser will not tolerate from any of his students bad or foul language, violent physical or verbal behaviour, regular distractive behaviour (towards Teacher/Organiser and other students), personal student criticisms and/or opinions subjected towards the teacher or other students' singing, violent threats (directed either at the Studio Teacher/Organiser or at Studio fellow students, regular bad punctuality and offensive indescent physical gesture and/or indescent physical contact with the Studio Teacher/Organiser or Studio fellow students. Any such behaviour from any student/s will warrant AML Golden Voice Studio the immediate right and authority to cancel services with the individual/s and deeming the Studio not obliged to refund the financial sum of the remaining number of uncompleted lessons.

7. The Teacher/Organiser and AML Golden Voice Studio reserve the right and authority to select whichever appropriate teaching method or technical teaching approach and vocal aids materials they view necessary to achieve the technical vocal successes they consider appropriate for the betterment and improvement of each student individual's vocal study development.

The Studio and Teacher/Organiser assume no responsibility for the student's inability to achieve developmental vocal results when there is:

• Uncertainty on the Teacher's part of the varying nature of each student individual's daily life-style (which if exaggeratedly imbalanced can often damage and negatively influence the positive vocal work achieved in completed lessons by the Teacher)
• Bad personal social vocal behaviour (eg. violent shouting and screaming) and bad vocal practice behaviour
• Frequenting of uncompromising polluted environments
• Personal student health issues
• Personal emotional/psychological/mental conditions
• Bad dieting
• Bad sleeping habits (fatigue and low energy)
• and so forth ...

8. AML Golden Voice Studio will also endeavour to find professional work for its student should any opportunities arise. The Studio and Teacher/Organiser reserve all rights in selecting the appropriate singer applicant for the proposed work vacancy and will not be influenced by any external challenge or criticism in its final decision. The Studio will be financially compensated after each job or repeated employment is completed with 15% of the total Gross or Net amount forwarded to the performer by the employer.

9.If after the completion of the first lesson in the Group Lesson categories a student for some particular reason finds him/herself in a very serious and medically unfit state and is incapable of continuing the singing course (eg. Major car accident, Post-surgical withdrawal symptoms, Hospital care conditions, and so forth) then on request if desired by the student or student representative AML Golden Voice Studio will refund the remainder of uncompleted lessons. However a normal cold, influenza virus or allergic condition etc. will not suffice to be eligible for a refund for missed or incompleted lessons.

10. The AML Golden Voice Studio Director Mr. Antonio Maria Lancuba reserves all rights and authority to make decisions concerning the AML Golden Voice Studio's business decisions, studio services + service fees and courses + course fees, concert & show programmes + door-fee entrances, concert formats, organisation and administration, and all other business & services relations pertaining to AML Golden Voice Studio and related studio activities.

The studio director will not tolerate any intolerable verbal, physical, emotional or mental misbehaviour from any teacher staff members, student members, or internal and external third party(ies).

Personal opinions and thoughts (eg. in relation to studio concert programmes + organisation + audience fees and student fees, teaching services and methods, organisation and tuition services, performing facilities and administration + business matters and aspects), etc. pertaining to AML Golden Voice Studio, directed to the Studio Director from teacher staff members, student members, or internal and external third party(ies) will not be tolerated at all in any given time unless full permission and consent to express one's views is given by the Studio Director himself. Should the aforementioned occur the Studio Director Mr. Antonio Maria Lancuba reserves all rights and authority to terminate business, tuition & services, financial and employment relations with the offending party(ies).
